Michelle R. Hilger earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University (Summa Cum Laude). She has worked as a Paralegal for over twenty (20) years. She is a problem-solver and Team Player, addressing complex issues in Family Law, Probate and Guardianship, and Personal Injury Matters. As Operations Manager, she plays a strong leadership role within Bottimore & Associates, p.l.l.c. Michelle enjoys spending time with Arts and Crafts and DIY projects. She enjoys traveling around the Pacific Northwest with her husband and son.

Kathy M. Krasko has worked in the legal field for over thirty-five (35) years. She has extensive legal experience in many areas of the law; she has worked with highly reputable and experienced attorneys in our legal community, some of whom became Court Commissioners and Judges; and she has been a valuable resource for Bottimore & Associates, p.l.l.c. for almost a decade, mentoring our Staff and providing our Clients with quality service. Kathy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Donna L. Cochran has worked in the legal field for over twenty-five (25) years. She has extensive legal experience in Family Law, as well as Bankruptcy and other areas of practice, as well as skill and experience in the operations of a Law Firm. As Senior Paralegal with Bottimore & Associates, p.l.l.c., she mentors and leads the rest of our Legal Team of Paralegals and Administrative Assistants. She is able to coordinate well with our attorneys to manage deadlines and demands, as well as working well with our Clients to reassure them and answer many questions and concerns. Donna is highly skilled and experienced. Donna is a Leader and a Team Player.
Donna enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, walking her dog, and baking.
Tammi Schack
Paralegal
Tami Schack is an integral part of our Legal Team as Paralegal. She has earned her Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Memorial University-Duncan School of Law, Tennessee. She will be taking the Washington State Bar Exam soon. She has experience and knowledge as a Domestic Violence Advocate, as well as having worked with Victims of Sexual Assault. Tami has worked within several different aspects of the Justice System. She also has experience with Military – Air Force – related issues. In her spare time, Tami enjoys spending time with her three children, walking her dog, and hiking.

Lisa M. Murtha has over seventeen (17) years of Customer Service experience.
As Client Relations Specialist at Bottimore & Associates, p.l.l.c., Lisa provides a personal touch and offers comfort and reassurance to our Clients during difficult times. Lisa manages Marketing, Advertising, PR, Social Media, and Networking for the Firm. Lisa serves on the Board of Directors of Network of Tacoma, Vice President, and the Alliance of Women Owned Businesses (AWOB), Marketing Chair. She is a Member of Health Care Providers of Pierce County (HCPC). Lisa is Active with the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber of Commerce, where she once worked, maintaining many contacts within the Local Business Community. Lisa is a light for our Team and for our Clients.
Lisa enjoys spending time with her Fiancé and two (2) young and active sons.
Avery M. Shaw

Avery M. Shaw graduated from Fayetteville State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management. She was inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma – Kappa Chapter for achieving above a 3.75 GPA as a Student Athlete.
As Administrative Assistant with Bottimore & Associates, p.l.l.c., Avery enjoys assisting every member of our Team with day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment serving Clients in need. She has demonstrated versatility and ability to fulfill gaps wherever needed.
Avery is an avid Volleyball Player and Coaches teenage girls. She brings those leadership skills to the Law Firm, where she is a Team Player. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and family and Mastiff Puppy Stark and Dog Parker.
Emma W. Muigai

Emma W. Muigai graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism. Emma has strong inter-personal communication skills. Emma is a great writer.
As Marketing, PR, and Social Media Specialist – Emma assists our Client Relations Specialists and Marketing, Advertising, Networking, PR, and Social Media Director in our Branding and Outreach to the Public to disseminate our message, our values, our Law Firm Culture, our Vision, and our Mission to provide quality legal services to our Clients.
Emma enjoys music, journaling, traveling, the arts, soccer, and spending time with family and friends. Emma played Soccer for many years, where she learned to “Go to the Ball” and developed a sense of working as a Team Player.
